Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids.
