It has 2 acres of mature woodland adjacent to 1000 acres of forestry with miles of footpaths and bridleways suitable for both walkers and cyclists alike! It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

A secluded south facing garden catches the sun most of the day and provides outdoor entertaining. A fully fitted kitchen includes gas hob and oven, integrated dishwasher.
