The apartment is part of a new built house where only natural materials like old recycled stones and bricks were used which give it a special Mediterranean charme.

This two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families with children. From the terrace of the apartment spreads a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, parasol and deck chairs. Free Internet access, air conditioning and Cab Tv are available. Private parking is next to the house. The distance to the beach Zgribnica is only 30 m. In the vicinity of the apartment, there is small pine wood with an arranged walking path.

This brand new villa is located in a quiet location in the center of the town of Nin, close to a beautiful sandy beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are located in the immediate vicinity.
