Be our guest! 1200 sq. feet 2 car garage 2 bedroom 2 bathroom -Master bedroom is equipped with king size Sealy posturepedic mattress, memory foam pillows, bathroom w/ walk in shower, walk in closet, and access to backyard patio. -Spare bedroom is equipped with queen size bed w/ memory foam pillows and small dresser with two-spacious closets. -Fiber-Optic Internet (gold standard of residential internet connection) - Smart TVs (Roku) are located in master bedroom and living room with the capability of streaming 450,000 movies and tv episodes (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Sling, etc). Living room TV is 4k ultra HD. -Kitchen has all the gadgets you need to whip up a five star meal. Some basic spices/sauces are included as well. -Some children tableware is available. -Family oriented games are on hand to play at your leisure -Pantry is stocked with snacks -Bottled water in fridge -French press, grinder, coffee beans, and kettle are available. -Bathroom(s) are fully stocked with towels and your basic shower/bath necessities.
