(Please note, guests with children should take extra precautions with the hardwood stairs.) Lots of natural light pours in through large windows and a patio is available for lounging in the back. There’s a 55” television in the living room and a 42” tv in the master bedroom. Granite counter tops and stainless appliances adorn the kitchen. I’m available by phone, text or email. The townhouse is in LoHi (Lower Highlands), a popular neighborhood due to its walking proximity to award-winning restaurants, breweries, and boutiques. Downtown Denver, Union Station, and Coors Field are just beyond the Highlands footbridge. Most everything you need is a 10-15 minutes walk. Electric scooter rentals are widely available throughout the area. Not to mention fun, speedy and affordable! Otherwise a downtown bus stops across the street and Uber/Lyft drivers are always close by. Early check-in / late check-out are only possible by special request and require an additional $25 fee.
