Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. Vintage Retreat is the perfect place to get away and enjoy time for all Rogers has to offer (well, what you can squeeze in, anyway--there's just SO much!). Our space is unique with its vintage flair and new, cozy comforts. We're close to all of the newly-developed areas in Rogers, and our charming downtown isn't far. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
