Awesome 3 Bedroom townhome just north of Old Town in Fort Collins. Each bedroom has a king bed! You're renting the entire place for your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town. Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a charming neighborhood. You should have everything you need, towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen is stocked. Including dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, cutlery. We've got entertainment with TV's in every room. Enjoy your stay!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Cozy home in the country yet within biking distance to historic Old Town Fort Collins, a couple of miles to wedding venues like Tapestry House and Bingham Hill Preserve, farmers markets in season, breweries, City Park (golfing, community swimming pool), Colorado State University and bike trails. The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Come stay in this three story townhome and enjoy the entire place during your stay in Fort Collins. This place has three bedrooms, 2 on the second floor each with a private bath and king bed. The third floor has queen bed and bath and also has access to the patio with outdoor fireplace and seating! Enjoy the colorado evenings sitting out on the 3rd floor patio! Built the same year that nearby CSU opened in 1879, the original barn has been completely remodeled with a bar, huge living area with ping pong table, oversized sectional sofa, tables, and three HD 65-inch flatscreen tvs, an HD flatscreen tv in the bar, plus a full bath, including a claw-foot tub. The open loft provides a queen-sized bed and three twin beds for over-flow company.
