The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.

The Farmhouse in Historic Occoquan Close to D.C.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.

Newly renovated and fully furnished independent lower level of a single-family house. Located in an excellent and conveniently situated neighborhood. Two large bedrooms - master bedroom with luxurious kind bed, and a second bedroom with queen bed. All essentials covered, coffee machine, washer/dryer, full bath, and family room with large couch, eating area and LED TV. Surveillance camera outside of the entrance for guest's security.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
