It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and small sitting room and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee and toaster provided.

Lovely apartment close to city, garden & driveway

This is not a good choice of apartment if you are looking to go out, get drunk, play loud music and make a lot of noise. I have neighbours with young children so there is zero tolerance on parties, loud music, disturbing the neighbours or having guests in the property in addition to the those who booked (2 max.). I will be advised of these situations and will have no option but to end your stay and seek compensation.
