It will only take about 30 seconds to walk to the sand from our unit. It is also centrally located near Vons, a liqueur store, several nice restaurants and fast food. A Subway, a donut shop and a coffee shop are at the end of the street. Our kitchen and garage are very well stocked. You will have much more in this kitchen than in the average rental, similar to your kitchen at home. In the garage we have bikes, boogie boards, unbrellas, beach chairs, children's toys and more.

Steps to beach. Super easy access to LA and Orange County with public transit. It is street parking only which is very tough. Recommend no car or overnight parking at nearby hotel. Unit has forced air conditioning/heating.
