Three Cays Villa

With three natural reefs just off the shore from this oceanfront property, Three Cays Villa is a snorkeler’s paradise. Located on Turtle Tail on Providenciales, the four-bedroom villa has ocean access for guests who’ve brought their masks and flippers, plus a swimming pool and spacious terrace for those who’d rather stay on land. With a guest cottage, this Mediterranean-style home offers an unforgettable experience inside and out. Step through the villa’s gates into lush, landscaped gardens and continue to the 150 feet of ocean frontage. Enjoy sea views from the private pool, surrounding patio, or al-fresco dining area, complete with outdoor grill. There’s also a shaded outdoor dining area and covered sitting area if you need shelter from the tropical sun. In the evenings, satellite television, Wi-Fi access and air conditioning provide entertainment and comfort. There’s room for everyone to relax in Three Cays Villa’s large, open living room. A cathedral ceiling topped with a fan keeps things cool and breezy, plenty of wicker seating is casual and inviting and sand-colored cushions are a reminder you’re at the beach. Gather around the long table in the dining room for family meals with a picture-window view of the sea, or around the spacious breakfast bar in the gourmet kitchen for a look at the ocean with your morning coffee. There are three bedrooms in the main house, and one in the poolside guest cottage. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. In the main house, the primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and a television. There’s also one bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with a queen bed that share a bathroom. The guest cottage has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom flat-screen television and a mini fridge. You can swim and snorkel right from Three Cays Villa, but if you want to walk in the sand, the famed stretches of Grace Bay Beach are just a 15-minute drive away. It’s a 10-minute drive to the grocery store, and 15 minutes by car to restaurants, a tennis court, a gym and a clinic. Villa Sublime - Ocean Front Villa

With unbeatable views of the crystal-clear ocean and sophisticated European-style furnishings, Villa Sublime truly lives up to its name. Located on the south coast of Providenciales near Silly Creek, the property has three bedrooms, with the option of a fourth, and plenty of space for up to six guests to spread out. Sunbathe around the pool or slip into the ocean via the villa’s unique grotto. Not only is Villa Sublime itself quite spacious, but its 1.5 acres of land afford stunning views of Silly Creek and sunsets over Turtle Rock. Start each day with breakfast at the covered outdoor dining area, then soak in the sunshine from the pool terrace or take the path down to the ocean for a swim. Inside, the villa has central air conditioning and other perks. Villa Sublime’s living spaces mix traditional Caribbean pieces with European touches for one-of-a-kind style. In the living room, white walls, slipcovered sofas and wicker armchairs feel cool and tropical, while a Persian-style rug, antique armoire, columns and wrought-iron accents add a sense of history. The dining room, which is open to the kitchen, has an elegant wrought-iron and glass table plus an ocean view, and the kitchen itself has fresh-feeling white cabinets and stone countertops. Each of the property’s three bedrooms has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a television and a DVD player. There is one bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a queen bedroom and en-suite bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. Swimming in the turquoise Turks and Caicos waters is at your doorstep at Villa Sublime, but the beach is just a short drive away, too.
