Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Located just behind the owners home. Not far from 1-80, close to the Uinta Mountains, or an hour from Flaming Gorge. Plenty of room for parking, just please no semis. No animals. This is a smoke/vape free property.
