I may require guests to provide a sufficient form of ID after the booking has been accepted. The sofa bed is only provided with bedding if more than 7 people. Very convenient for Epsom, Kingston, Surbiton, Wimbledon & Central London We live locally so are able to deal with any queries quickly and are pleased to recommend restaurants and venues. This is a quiet neighbourhood with convenience stores close by. The centre of London is just a short train ride away. It is also an easy drive to place such as Chessington World of Adventures, Epsom Race Course, and Hampton Court Palace. Lots of buses within a 2 minute walk. Tolworth train station within 1 mile with frequent trains to London. If you require a cot (bedding provided) or a high chair please let us know in advance of your stay.
