Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

100 metres from South Wimbledon station and 30 mins bus ride to Wimbledon village and Wimbledon Tennis. 10 mins walk to Wimbledon centre and 30 mins by tube into the West End The room is private as it's in a loft conversion at the opposite end of the flat to my bedroom. A continental breakfast is provided Double bed and a double futon so good for couples or 2 friends Close to St George's Hospital, Wimbledon and Polka Theatre. Easy for AFC Wimbledon, Fulham FC, Brixton Academy and The Oval.

The room has an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

Our guests love the room as it is cheerful and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish.

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.

On Central Line, Near City includes breakfast

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price you pay includes Breakfast (please see below for details). West Ham Stadium, UAL london college of fashion, V&A Stratford and UCL Stratford are all nearby.
