Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. Sommerhuset Selma er beliggende midt i et fredet naturområde i Kettrup Bjerge. Her kan man finde roen og komme helt ned i gear. Området er egnet til aktiviteter i naturen, og der findes masser af stier til både cykling og vandring. Huset er opført i 1975, og den oprindelige stil er forsøgt bevaret. Her er ingen luksus, men masser af ro og mulighed for nærvær. I køreafstand fra huset ligger Blokhus og Løkken, som byder på masser af kultur og spisesteder. Hund velkommen, men kun på gulvet 😀

Der er en sovesofa, som bliver til en lækker dobbeltseng på 2 minutter samt en hems med plads til to.

Baghaven’ ☀️🏡⛱️ I baghaven til vores byhus findes et nybygget og hyggeligt anneks med højt til loftet. Tæt på strand, by og shopping, og med egen terrasse, hvor aftensmaden kan grilles og nydes til solens sidste stråler. Der er plads til 4 voksne, fordelt i ét soveværelse i stueplan og derudover hems på 1. sal. Annekset har egen terrasse og indgang, men indeholder muligheden for et “godmorgen” til os, da det befinder sig i vores baghave 👫🏼👋🏻 Gratis parkering på offentlige veje.

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

I kælderen er der vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.
