We’re Ana and Steven, your hosts at Tree Tops Studio Nestled in Bangor, a picturesque part of Sydney’s South, our studio offers a tranquil retreat with a stunning bush area right across the street, perfect for walks or simply enjoying from your own balcony. The studio is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, stove, fridge, and washing machine. Inside, you’ll find a cosy double bed, a wardrobe, lounge chairs. Private side entrance to the studio via steps.

Located in Yarrawarrah, southern Sydney. Adjacent to Engadine. A quiet, leafy suburb. A granny flat style facility with separate entry and living arrangements. The facility comprises a common area with lounge, bedroom, dining and a separate bathroom. Street parking. Backs onto treed bush area inhabited by native wildlife including tawny frogmouths, wide range of birdlife & water dragons. Nearby bushwalks. Close to railway station (2 kms), Cronulla Beach, Miranda Westfield Mall and the Royal NP.

A beautiful, serene retreat where you don’t have to travel too far to get away from it all. Studio is fully self contained with direct access to the yard. You’re welcome to use the 2-person kayak and discover the beautiful Port Hacking River that runs along our boundary. Entry to the stunning Royal National Park is just a 10min walk. 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chip shop, convenience shop and liquor store. Please be aware: there are 2 levels of external stairs down to the studio.
