"Dail an Fheidh" (gaelic for "Deer Field") is a 2 bedroom house situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Linnhe. The house is set in an acre of field and has direct access to the loch. There are amazing views over to Ben Nevis and red deer graze near the house, all year long. A 40 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Fort William or head west to explore the stunning Ardnamurchan Peninsula. You can use the Corran Ferry to access the house, but please note, we are not on an island.

Rock Cottage, Highland Perthshire Rural Retreat

Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Situated between the Glencoe hills and Loch Leven, Yatter Whaup House, is a stunning self contained property offering two beautiful double bedrooms and a twin bedded room each with ensuite shower and/or bath. There is a dramatic upstairs sitting room with panoramic views of the hills and Loch and a bright modern kitchen dining room with additional lounge area. The whole house offers spectacular views of our amazing surroundings. Walking, wildlife and water; just add yourselves! You’ll love it!

Ideally situated for exploring the highlands the great glen, Loch Ness, Inverness, Urquhart castle, forest treks and so much more and of coarse lots of wildlife to see. All are welcome and the entire house and facilities are yours during your stay.

Kerrycroy: A hidden gem in Highland Perthshire!

South facing on the hill overlooking Aberfeldy we confidently boast one of the best views in the area. The house is self contained offering all you require for a relaxing stay in Highland Perthshire. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Parade House dating from the end of the Jacobite Rebellions nestles in a unique, secluded location overlooking the gardens of the towns historic Parade. The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

The Otter caravan sleeps 4 guests with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which can be made into a double if requested. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with tv, fireplace, DVDs, books and games. The caravan has been thoughtfully and individually furnished. It is situated on the Shores of the Beauly Firth with incredible views to the Mountains beyond with fantatic bird and wildlife watching opportunities. The caravan is double glazed and central heated.
