Escape to the Bannau Brychieniog / Brecon Beacons National Park and stay in our cosy shepherd's hut. The 'Bee Hive' hut is close to the village of Penderyn and next to Beili Helyg Farm. The hut has a double bed, kitchen & dining area with folding table, fridge & ice box, combi microwave oven, double induction hob and Belfast sink. There is a shower room with flushing toilet. Below the master bed is an alcove with a futon for a child to sleep comfortably. Decking, fire pit, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Bethel Nook, a cosy stay in the Welsh Valleys

Bethel Nook is self contained, part conversion of our Baptist Church home. It is on the ground floor with a double sofa bed and double bed up on the mezzanine. We are in a great location, easy access to Swansea Mumbles, Abergavveny, Cardiff, Brecon, Bike Park Wales, Zip World, The Big Pit, climbing centres, mountains, beaches and waterfalls. Our lovely village has all local amenities one would need including an award winning chip shop and a dessert parlour.
