The house, completely renovated in 2012, has a living room with access to a large furnished porch, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a tub. It is just 10 minutes away by car from the famous beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo,..., and 2 minutes away from the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you will find all the services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy. On the surroundings you will also find numerous entertainment possibilities such as water sports, cycling and horse riding, golf, Auto Safari, or the Caves of Drach, among others.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
