Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Welcome to The Long Branch 1905 - a piece of Llano County history. Guests will enjoy 10.5 lush acres with views of Packsaddle Mountain. The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Watch DVDs or streaming services on the big screen TV or move outdoors and enjoy the ‘really big’ natural spaces with amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

James River Tiny House #2

This rustic but cute tiny house is located just steps from the Llano River in Mason, Texas. It comfortably sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin bed. It's equipped with a full bathroom, a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, griddle and 12" electric skillet. There is lots of amazing outdoor space including a huge fire pit area and a charcoal grill. There are three tiny houses on the property so please bring a friend family and have the whole place to yourselves.
