Pines Beach House

Pines Beach House is located on the beach of Livadi, the main town of Serifos Island. It is walking distance to the port and all the seaside shops, bars and restaurants that it offers. The house comprises of an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Large verandas with sea views and a garden with outdoor dining and lounge chairs are ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Η τοποθεσια του σπιτιού έχει το προνόμιο να βρίσκεται δέκα λεπτά απο το λιμάνι με τα πόδια , αλλά και σε μια πολυ ήσυχη περιοχή με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα , στο λιμάνι αλλά και στη χώρα . Πάρκινγκ μιας θέσης ακριβώς δίπλα στο σπιτι .

Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Το κατάλυμά μας βρίσκεται στην Χερρόνησο, ένα μικρό, γραφικό ψαροχώρι, στο βορειότερο τμήμα της Σίφνου. Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Αυτόνομο σπιτι σε κεντρικο σημείο , 3-5 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο το λιμάνι αφιξης , τα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια , τα μεσα μεταφοράς ,ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων και τής τρεις κοντινές παραλιες. ( Λιβαδακια ,Αυλομωνας, Καραβι) Ωστόσο ήσυχα. . Επίσης είναι σε όροφο υπάρχουν σκαλιά για την είσοδο στο σπίτι.....
