Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting, surrounded by nature, unspoilt countryside and views of the Malvern Hills. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible hill walks and picturesque local towns . Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles to suit.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and ready supply of wood, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated, shower room is close by along a short path adjacent to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs.

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Situated between the Malvern Hills and the Wye Valley, this quaint first floor apartment is a wing of Chandos Manor, which was rebuilt by Lord Chandos in 1554. The flat is approached by an external stone staircase and is fully self contained. The large open plan living kitchen area offers lovely far-reaching countryside views, and comes with two good sized bedrooms and a bathroom. There is access to 36 acres of historic traditional orchards.
