Our one bedroom cottage is located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. It has a very spacious open plan living area with a new kitchen and separate double bedroom with a new modern ensuite shower-room. There are 2 large sofas a large tv comfortable bed and fluffy towels. There is so much to do in the local area, I can go through it all with you . A perfect place to relax and unwind. Monday - Friday stays welcome and contractor accommodation also. Any long term needs do get in touch X

The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

Peaceful rural cottage situated just off the A339 with stunning views. 10 minutes by car from Basingstoke train station. The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. It has a small paved terrace for admiring the view. It is within a mile of Pitt Hall Barn, also close to Oakley Hall, Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse to name but a few. Dogs welcome by agreement.

We can add an extra futon for a child in the single room so the whole space can fit a family of four.
