L'appartamento è situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggetta di Porto delle Genti ed a 800 mt circa dal Terminal degli aliscafi/navi. L'alloggio piace per la cucina ed interni moderni, insieme ad il confort per coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici fino a 4 persone

The little house in Serra

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.
