In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Das Guesthouse steht auf einer grossen privaten eingezäunten Anlage und abseits von Hotelanlagen in Pefkos/ Rhodos/ Lindos. Es hat 2 Etagen, eine grosse Terrasse mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick. Es hat ein SZ mit begehbaren Schrank und angrenzendem Bad. Es gibt 2 WCs und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essplatz und Coach (ev. zusätzlicher Schlafplatz). Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage kann alleine benutzt werden. Der Zugang zum Wohnzimmer und Terrasse ist ebenerdig.

Our house has been charmingly refurbished and has a bright mezzanine. With its approx. 65 m2 it is well suited for one to two couples (1 bed is slightly smaller) or a family with 2 children, there is a baby cot. Malona is a quiet village loved by Birdwatchers and surrounded by citrus and olive groves 3km from the nearest beach. Since 2025 the government requires an environmental tax, which is paid directly to us(€8 per day from April to October, otherwise €2).

Historic Lindian Villa
