Grab a kayak from the garage and spend the day exploring the coast from this homey beachfront retreat. Fire up the grill for leisurely evening dinners, or curl up in the leather and rattan armchair and sip a chilled glass of wine. This house will make you feel at home on the beach. With a full kitchen, two living rooms, and great top deck there is a space for everyone. You will have the whole house and access to all of the toys/bikes in the garage. We will have a manager on-site to help with check in and check outs. The manager's number, are on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located near the Newport Pier, there are hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe, friendly town square 40 yards away, the children can roam in a secure environment. The best way to experience Newport is by the boardwalk. Either walking or riding bikes. This house comes with 8 bikes. Plenty enough to take everyone out for a fun ride! Make sure to lock the bikes up when you go.

Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

A two-minute walk to the beach! This bright one bedroom beach pad with peek-a-boo beach view is ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 4 with the use of air beds, although 4 adults will find it tight. The private deck has a gas BBQ, comfy swivel rockers, two chaise lounge chairs and a fire pit. Your shared garage has bikes, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and lots of beach toys. A signed rental agreement is required to confirm all reservations. 4 guest max including infants. NO PARTIES!
