Dorsey House

Here you will find a place that combines both victorian elegance and country charm. With comfortable accommodations for up 6 people and not far from downtown you get a lot of bang for your buck. There are two bedrooms on the main floor as well as a room upstairs. The Victorian room boast a 4 poster Queen sized (Queen Anne) bed, the Country Room has a full size wrought iron bed (from the 30's), and the upstairs is equipped with two matching XL Twin beds. A nice Kitchen and Bath completes it.

This cozy hideaway is conveniently located in the heart of Houston, Missouri, directly beside the hospital. The home is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker for our guests. The main living area has a reclining sofa, the bedroom features a queen bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a desk located in the bedroom for any work related trips you have in the area. Your stay will include WiFi and a smart TV for you to stream your favorite shows.

Cowtown-Charming 2BR/2BA Farmhouse Retreat

This two bedroom two bathroom country cottage is located on 200 acres that sits right along the piney River. This house is an outdoor adventures dream destination. You can float directly from the property to boiling springs resort in just about 5 hours. Aside from the river guests can meet the long horn cattle that graze the property or rent a UTV and ride along the property or visit the national forestry right up the road where there are tons of ATV trails to get lost in.

A beautiful, 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin nestled among many towering native pine and dogwood trees. If you enjoy nature this is a setting you'll love! The home is everything you'll need as you travel. It is complete with stove, dishwasher, microwave, TV, washer, dryer, setting area, and gas grill! Just 5 miles from Current river and Montauk state park, you'll be relaxing in no time! It is also just a 10 minute drive to Jadwin, MO if canoeing or kayaking is your flavor.

This former dairy barn sits on a farm that has been in our family for 150 years. It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.
