SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.

Nice house with garden in the center of Hospitalet. The house has two floors. In the main floor there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, one restroom, one bedroom and the porch. In the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one restroom and also a terrace. The access to the second floor is independent to the main floor. The beach is just 4 minutes walking distance from our house.
