Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

A warm, stylish, peaceful retreat, perfect for a winter break, with seaside walks and cosy pubs a short stroll away. Treat yourself to a relaxing sauna with bracing cold plunge in the garden spa which is paid for separately. Enjoy Whitstable's great restaurants and cosy cafes. Alba Lodge is a double height space, designed with sustainability in mind. Drift off to sleep in the king size bed. Freshen up in the large walk in shower. Sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.

The Cart Stable - A Stunning Countryside Retreat

The Cart Stable is a beautifully presented accommodation for two located in the quiet hamlet of Dargate in Kent at the entrance to the historic Blean Woods. It's ideal for exploring this wonderful part of Kent with beaches and bustling Kentish towns on our doorstep. This flexible accommodation will suit a couple or two friends and is fully self-contained, with an open plan area downstairs, and a large double bedroom and shower room upstairs. It contains a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, one induction plate, tea/coffee/milk. Stunning luxury en-suite bathroom with shower. Double cast iron bed and sofa bed suitable for a child. Toiletries, towels and bedding. It has been built and decorated with attention to detail to make it a special place to relax by the seaside.

The Whitstable Pearl - a modern holiday studio

The Whitstable Pearl is a private self-contained studio flat on a quiet road in Whitstable, but only 10 minutes' walk to the beginning of the high street, and a 15-20 minute stroll from the beach. Whitstable is full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The studio includes a king sized bed, HD TV, dining area, well-equipped kitchenette, shower, toilet, plus there is also a private patio garden to enjoy.
