The Oculus Tinyhouse at Innisfree Farms

Innisfree Farms is a rural retreat in northern West Virginia with five dwellings on a 70-plus acre farm. The Oculus is the perfect country getaway for solos or couples. Everything you'll need and nothing you won't, including a comfy bed, a beautiful view, full facilities, and the great outdoors. Near Oglebay Park and Wheeling - but private, pet-friendly, and welcoming to all. One cozy bed - a perfect spot to read, hike, think, or just enjoy a campfire and the natural setting. Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

The Victorian

The Victorian is a large roomy house that is big enough for you and your loved ones. There is plenty of room to host groups of 18 or more guests at a time. Located 7 minutes off of I70 in the village of Barnesville which is nestled among the rolling hills of eastern Ohio. There is a heated pool that is available for your use during the summer months! Official pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. We can often times be open earlier and later than that but can’t guarantee it.

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

Rosedale Timber Lodge

Rosedale Timber Lodge is the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the hills of Guernsey County, with no neighbors in sight, you can truly kick back and enjoy nature. Completely restored recently, this lodge is beautifull inside and out with timber framing, a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, fishing pond, volleyball court, wiffleball diamond, and game room in the basement. Whether you are looking to explore the area or just have a relaxing time grilling out on the back deck and spending time with friends and family, this place is for you.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

Renner Cabin- 2 bedrooms with hot tub & sauna

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
