Situat la ultimul etaj al blocului, iesirea pe balcon asigura o priveliste panoramica asupra orasului. Apartamentul se afla la doar 2 statii de tramvai de centrul istoric al orasului, fiind foarte aproape de centrele comerciale.

The apartment is situated in a new residential building, in the vicinity of Prima shops and Lotus retail park, where you can find many restaurants and shops. Inside the apartment everything is brand new, from modern custom furniture, to towels, bed linens, mattress, appliances and everything the kitchen is equipped with. In fata blocului se afla cel mai mare parc din oras - Parcul 1 Decembrie, Piata Unirii, Cetatea Oradea, Palatul Vulturul Negru, Muzeul Tarii Crisurilor, Muzeul Masoneriei, Casa Darvas- La Roche, Sinagoga Aachvas Rein- Muzeul Istoriei Evreilor, etc., toate se afla la o aruncatura de bat, adica la mai putin de 5 minute de mers pe jos. De asemenea, Nymphaea Aqua Park e la 3 minute de mers cu masina.

De asemenea este foarte aproape de spitale si de facultati. In 10 minute de mers pe jos ajungeti in centrul istoric si cultural al orasului unde puteti admira toate imobilele Art Nouveau, Teatrul de Stat, Primaria Oradea si alte obiective de interes turistic.

Debrecen belvárosában található, néhány perces sétára a Piac utcától. Teljesen felújított, klímás, gépesített lakás. Parkolási lehetőség a zárt udvaron. Magyarul és angolul kommunikálunk. A reptér kocsival 12 perc. A közelben találsz élelmiszer boltot, uszodát, éttermet terasszal. A Magyar Turisztikai Minőségtanusító Testület HÁROM CSILAG-os helyre minősítette az apartmant nagy örömünkre, ez igazán nagy elismerés, a képek között megtalálod a fotót a minősítésről.
