Located on “Mayor Kostas Doukas” street, near the market, bakery and mini market, it offers sea views, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.
