Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Een heerlijk gastenverblijf in de tuin van de statige villa Mariahof met eigen ingang en veel privacy. Het huisje heeft een slaapbank, tweepersoonsbed, complete keuken met o.a. kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser en een luxe badkamer. Buiten groot terras aan het water met eettafel en loungeset, alles voor eigen gebruik. Op loopafstand: supermarkt en het historische centrum van Dordrecht vol bezienswaardigheden en met veel restaurants. Makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Fietsen beschikbaar.

Gelegen op het kindvriendelijk Kijkduinpark, met binnenzwembad, 600 meter van het strand, 1 km via duinen naar de gezellige boulevard van Kijkduin, 9km naar het centrum van Den Haag, mooie fietsroutes naar Delft, Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Ruim en licht appartement met eigen patio/terras, dat grenst aan de prachtige tuin waarin ook het zwembad ligt dat u kunt gebruiken (niet privé gebruik). De goed ingerichte keuken en zitkamer en aparte royale slaapkamer en badkamer zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigen privé opgang (via de buitenkant van het huis). De jacuzzi kan alleen door u gebruikt worden. Parking op eigen terrein.
