For your convenience, it is also equipped with a laundry room, dishwasher, and video gaming area, plus a TV room. UVU is 11 minutes away and BYU campus is 20 minutes.

This is a newly finished, private entrance, basement apartment with 8 1/2 foot ceilings and above ground windows with plantation shutters. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of American Fork Canyon, Mount Timpanogos, Thanksgiving Point, Cabelas, and easy freeway access. UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.

Ground level guest suite, 2 bedrooms; 2 king size beds, 3 TVs, newly remodeled. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place in Lehi, Utah.
