My condo is a 34 sqm studio type unit located near Sky Ranch, and to the best restaurants in the city. It has a glass wall with a perfect view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

42 sqm studio room in Balai Isabel, Talisay, Batangas. Room has three queen size beds, bathroom with heated shower, 4 towels, aircon, 55" tv, Smart Bro wifi, Netflix, dining utensils, ref, microwave, rice cooker, kettle and dishwashing. Room is fronting Taal Lake and the Volcano. Entrance fee per head is Php 250 but 2 guests are free if you're booking for 4-6. This gives you an access to 3 beautiful salt-filtered pools and 1hr use of other amenities. Free parking in the vicinity.
