Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located 2 miles from downtown Moscow on 7 acres with pine trees and fruit trees in a country setting. This studio apartment with a lower floor private entrance is an all in one cheerful room with an equipped compact kitchen, a double sized Murphy bed, a masonry stove fireplace, a loveseat and a colorfully tiled shower. Jim and Caroline built this home with their own hands.

Mortimore Ridge Guesthouse

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Located on 10 wooded acres just 4 miles north of Moscow, Idaho, we have breathtaking views of the Moscow Mountain area facing East. Our mountain modern interior is complete with a full service kitchen, generous living room with gas fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The Upper Room

Comfortable studio just steps from the University of Idaho campus on the south side of Moscow. Ideal for visiting parents, sports fans, conference guests, or college scouts. The Upper Room is a private studio with its own entrance on the same property as our Palouse View Villa. It includes a mostly full kitchen (no dishwasher), a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

It has a large yard with a beautiful deck and is within walking distance to downtown. Easy access to both University of Idaho and Washington State University activities. The Homey Hovel

Come rest and recuperate in this freshly renovated little spot in Moscow! Set in the heart of Spotswood street, the house is only a half mile from cultural downtown Moscow and close to many excellent restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a 4 minute drive (25 minute slow walk) to the University of Idaho’s Student Union Building, and a 20 minute drive to Washington State University.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
