The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. Allar innritanir á milli kl. 21:00 og 02:00 verða með 40 evra álagningu sem greiðist með reiðufé við komu í íbúðina. Í öllum tilvikum er ekki tekið á móti gestum frá kl. 02:00 til 09:00. Ekki er tekið á móti gestum frá kl. 02:00 til 09:00. Alltaf er hægt að innrita sig á morgnana fyrir kl. 13:00 með fyrirframsamkomulagi. Innritun fer fram í eigin persónu, við afhendum þér lyklana og útskýrum hvernig allt virkar í íbúðinni. Ég er til taks allan dvölina til að svara spurningum eða leysa vandamál.

Es un piso espectacular, con una terraza muy bonita, en un edificio muy tranquilo, ubicado justo a 5 min de la estación Diego de Leon que te comunica con toda la ciudad, supermercados y farmacias a tan solo 3 min caminando, es un piso espectacular. Los huéspedes reservan su estadía para el alojamiento indicado, es importante leer las normas del anuncio ya que esta prohibido fumar en cualquier zona del alojamiento. Cada piso cuenta con termo eléctrico de agua caliente, cada termo es capaz de generar 120 litros de agua caliente, luego volverá a cargar la misma cantidad de agua en 45-60 min, es importante destacar que si se lavan las losas, ropa, y se bañan todos los integrantes de la reserva al mismo tiempo el termo puede agotarse y habrá que esperar el tiempo indicado para que vuelva a cargar de nuevo.
