Experience the magic of Lapland in the stunning luxury villa! This newly built villa (4 rooms+kitchen+sauna) in the heart of Äkäslompolo combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Uusi ja avara 66 neliön huvila sekä puulämmitteinen hirsisaunalla ulkona tarjoavat hyvät puitteet rentoutumiseen. Hiihto- ja vaellusreiteille pääset huvilan pihasta. Yksi alueen suosituimmista reiteistä, reitti Kukas-tunturille, on kävelymatkan päässä. Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella ja valottomalla alueella jolloin revontulien näkeminen on mahdollista. Äkäslompolon kylän palveluihin on matkaa 3km ja Skibus-pysäkki on 1km päässä. Huvilassa on kolme erillistä nukkumistilaa.

Hirsihuvila on varustettu kahdella makuuhuoneella, takkahuoneella, hyvin varustetulla keittiöllä, olohuoneella, suihkullisella kylpyhuoneella, puusaunalla ja ulkoporealtaalla. Nauti upeasta näkymästä Inarijärvelle ja rauhallisesta sijainnista luonnon helmassa.

Tervetuloa erämaan rauhaan ainutlaatuiseen hirsihuvilaan järven rannalle. Arkkitehdin suunnittelema ja vanhoista hirsistä rakennettu upea mökki sijaitsee keskellä hiljaisuutta ja metsää. Mökki on avara (150 m2) ja omaa tonttia on runsaasti. Mökki on tarkoitettu 1-6 hengelle ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutumiseen. Mökissä on kaunis puusauna, sekä portaat saunasta järvelle omalle laiturille.
