Enchanting Luxury Villa "Joikukas" (6+2 persons)

Experience the magic of Lapland in the stunning luxury villa! This newly built villa (4 rooms+kitchen+sauna) in the heart of Äkäslompolo combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Relax with the family or with a larger group in this peaceful villa in the middle of the wilderness of Eastern Lapland. The property has amenities of normal home (running water, sauna, etc.), a cozy fireplace that creates an atmosphere, and network connection that works at 200/200 speed. There is no light pollution, your own peace and quiet is guaranteed and in suitable weather conditions you can admire the auroras directly from the accommodation's yard.
