Apartment is located on a quiet street and all services are within few minute walking distance (shopping malls, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants). Studio has a balcony with a view to Ounasvaara and city centre. If you are lucky, you might be able to see Northern Lights from the balcony! Studio can accommodate up to four persons. Studio also includes free parking space with electricity.

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri, joka on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Cozy room with bathroom, kitchenette and French balcony near city center. 140cm wide bed. Bed sheets, towels, and cooking utensils. TV. Microwave, washing machine. In a cellar there’s drying room. Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
