Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

The accommodation nestles on the edge of this traditional Devon village of Broadhempston with the historic town of Totnes just 6 miles away. The Cottage is ideal for couples or young families- sleeping 2/4 in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, a fully equipped kitchen which is part of an open plan living room and has a large garden.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

This spacious one bedroom barn overlooks the courtyard and features a four-poster bed private bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub for 2. A fully equipped kitchen plus washer/ drier. The property sleeps 2 persons as standard and our pricing is based on 2 guests. There is a sofa bed available in the property which can sleep 2 additional guests, ideal for kids or friendly adults. Extra charges apply to the uses of the sofa beds - see house rules.
