The Orchard Apartment

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided. We are unable to accept children or animals.

This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

The ground floor features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a stylish wet room and utility room. A twin bedroom with two single beds is located downstairs, while the lounge’s sofa bed can sleep 2 children. A slim spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a king-size bedroom overlooks the living space.
