The old farm's corn crib, renovated keeping the original interior wood beams intact. The loft bedroom (not child proof) is accessible by a very manageable set of steps. A KING SIZE Bed Guarantees a great nights sleep! Kitchenette, electric fireplace, bbq, firepit, covered patio, smart tv and 2 bikes available to reserve. I am located on Main Street in the historic district in walking distance of restaurants, small shops, parks & a couple of tiny museums. The rental is a 1 room apartment over a detached garage. It includes a full bath & small kitchenette w/ fridge, microwave, coffeemaker w/ coffee & tea & other small appliances. 12 mins. to NYC & Phila. train 5 mins. The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.
