We sit 35 minutes north of the Ark Encounter and 20 minutes east of the Creation Museum. We are also 20 minutes south of Cincinnati Ohio and approximately 14 minutes east of CVG Airport. Just about 10 minutes from Dwtn Cincinnati, it’s perfectly situated near top spots like Newport Aquarium, the Zoo, Findlay Market, Great American Ball Park and more. Recently renovated, it’s designed for comfort and stocked with all essentials. Great shopping and dining are nearby, and there’s ample parking in back. This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Driveway Parking. Backyard is a shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, trampoline, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. Pool closes Sept 20th. Laundry and Ev Charger can be used for an extra fee.
