Guest can use the on-site pool, Reserved Parking, and washer & Dryer. The home is in the heart of East Austin, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and nightlife. Visit Attabar and Lazarus Brewing. It’s a short walk, even shorter drive to downtown, and 2 blocks to the metro. Rent scooters and bikes right outside. Two blocks away is the metro, catch the train up north or next stop over to the convention center.

About 15 minutes from ACL festival site.

The Bunkhouse @ Roses River Ranch

The bunkhouse is a rustic, elegant cabin outside Blanco toward San Marcos. It's a cozy, secluded ranch house with a double carport attached to a large deck that overlooks a pasture of longhorns, deer, exotic birds and wildlife. We have just put it back on Airbnb after closing it for a short while to update it! We look forward to having new guests and hope they enjoy the hill country ambience!
