In the summer, the gentle slope into the water makes swimming accessible for all ages, while fishing and boating adventures remain favorite pastimes for our guests. The cabin road is maintained year round and connects directly to the “A” trail. The cabin provides a small beach area and a large floating dock for jumping into the lake in a weed free area. Beautiful area for swimming or just relaxing on the dock! Includes a paddle boat, small kayak, canoe and SUPs

Lakeside Guesthouse

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
