Our family-friendly home is five minutes from Lake Texoma and Catfish Bay Marina, in a wooded neighborhood with a private lake, and is a water-front property. Lots of deer and turkeys visit daily. Neighborhood boasts a secure front gate with security guard. Home includes 2 private decks, a huge outdoor dining table, a fire pit, a propane grill, and a screened-in back porch with a hot tub. Smart TVs on back deck and throughout home. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need!

Lake O'Clock: Pool, firepit, outdoor movies

Spring is in the air! Pool will open March 2! Enjoy an evening around the fire pit with an outdoor movie under the stars. We are close to many marinas and casinos. Large wrap around porch. Play a game of corn hole, horse shoes, or giant connect four while enjoying the 3 acres of outdoor space. Less than 1 mile to the sandy beach of Lake Texoma. Stand up paddle boards are available for use. Truck or small SUV needed to transport lake items. Board games and children’s toys inside
