Blueberry Hill: Spectacular Lake Superior View

Blueberry Hill is a custom-built heated Tiny Home located on 8 acres of private land with easy access on a well-maintained private road just off of Hwy 61 in Hovland, MN. The tiny home has two comfortable sleeping areas both overlooking Lake Superior. The loft has a queen mattress, and the lower area has a 7-foot-long padded bench. All electricity is supplied by solar panels mounted on the roof that keep the lights, and outlets, and mini fridge supplied. The Tiny Home is 8.5' wide and 20' long.

Enjoy an extensive trail system for exploring thousands of miles of wilderness hiking, biking, snowmobiling, side by siding or atv with the trail almost out the back door. There is also miles of pristine Lake Superior shore to explore along with ample water access for boating and fishing close by. This convenient location is less than ten minutes from fine dining, downhill skiing, a block from miles of trails.

Our 5-bedroom Sky-View apartment overlooks Buskey Bay Lake. Guests can enjoy convenient access to ATV and snowmobile trails that traverse both our resort & the local community. 2021 Pontoon boats are available for rent on site, rates beginning @$280 per day, weekly specials offered. The resort features our popular bar/restaurant located directly on the ATV trail network. Amenities include a private boat launch & dock access. Our property is situated near the town center of Iron River, Wisconsin.
