Cereal, Milk, fresh Plunger-coffee, Tea variety, but no-cooking facilities. Lounge opens to private garden, with outdoor table and chairs.

As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
