This property is shared with two other Airbnb rentable units with a large private pond down below with shared dock. No parties over 10 guests allowed.

Beautifully remodeled small cottage in central Gainesville, TX. Non connected house with central hvac, washer/dryer, free wifi, big screen television and outside private deck/porch for lounging. The finishings and design of the house are beautiful. The house is located behind the main house at 1400 Jean Street, but has its own private off street parking. Absolutely NO...NO...smoking and vaping in the house.
