Unwind at this art-filled, newly renovated townhouse minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Two king bedrooms with smart TVs make for a great getaway for two couples or a small family. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen or grill on the private patio. The basement serves as a lounge and office space and is equipped with a TV, sofa, desk, laundry room and full bath. Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

Cozy Downtown Apartment

Be our guest and enjoy a pleasant and peaceful retreat in your private, tastefully decorated apartment attached to our home. The open design features a spacious living room, ROKU TV, a desk and full-scale kitchen. Drift off into a deep sleep in the separate bedroom in the luxurious and cozy queen size bed. The large, illuminated bathroom offers a tub with pulsating jets as well as a separate shower, floating vanity and laundry closet. Downtown shops and dining are just a short walk away.

Studio Guest House

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Great space for family or business travel, includes garage. Close to Legends shopping, I70 and I435 highways. We say disability friendly because it is a new build with wide doorways and a no barrier entrance from the garage. We have lowered the digital garage door keypad to wheelchair height. The largest bathroom has front loader laundry, a roll up sink and a no barrier shower with grab bars and an adjustable shower head. Trash carts are on the North side of the building.

Escape to our cabin which earned top-rated Airbnb in all of Kansas for a cozy, quiet getaway. Ideal for unwinding and rejuvenating after the demands of a hectic day. Enjoy scenic hiking trails, axe throwing, horseshoes, or a peaceful walk through our labyrinth. End the day with a stunning sunset over the valley from our swing. Just 5 minutes from the lake! Note: The cabin is on a shared property with a retreat center, Sacred Hearts Healing.

The Saloon - Private Entrance/Space!

Welcome to The Saloon. This 600 sq feet space is perfect for those who need a quick getaway or traveling through Kansas City. Located just 15 minutes from the Power & Light District, 22 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, and 20 minutes from MCI Airport. This space has no access to thermostat, (the space does have heat) - we do provide a space heater, as some guests have complained about being too cold when really cold days/nights.
